A survey of the legal exposure of the actors, such as employees, employers, consultants, contractors, auditors, directors, officers, etc.
Y2K Law: The Year of Disclosure in the Face of Present and Potential Y2K Litigation Balancing Good Samaritan Laws and the disclosure requirements of 1999 against the two dozen or so law suits that have been filed so far.
Speaker Biography
Mark Murtha, Esquire, worked as a computer professional for twenty five years for Burroughs/Unisys and Tandem/Compaq. As a lawyer, he practices Computer Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Information Technology Law with clients ranging from start-up technology companies to multi-hundred million dollar computer service companies.
